Hitzinger GPU 100MDE18 (90 KVA)
The Ground Power Unit of type Hitzinger 100MDE18 is currently the most popular GPU on German airports.
Like all Hitzinger products, it has a very advanced design and uses top level components. Owing to its very good accessible and spacious main junction box cabinet, the service and maintenance control system is very easy and efficient.
The installed 90 KVA 400 Hz AC Generator is powered by a Deutz BF4M 1013 FC diesel engine. This generator provides a very steady and durable 400 Hz ground power supply on the apron.
