GENERAL DESCRIPTION The JOFR-01XS AMB model is a complete vehicle adapted to transport elderly people or passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) from the boarding terminal to the aircraft door and vice versa. This model is delivered as standard on vehicles 3,5 Tm With a maximum load capacity of 4 wheelchairs and their corresponding companions, it is possible to combine 1 stretchers, 3 wheelchairs and 2 assistants. It is a versatile model that can work with a wide range of commercial aircraft thanks to its minimum boarding height of approx. 2,400 mm and maximum of 3,700 mm.
WORKING RANGE
Designed to work with aircraft from A319, A320 and A321 (main deck), including most of the
aircraft used today, B707,B727 y B737.

Front platform: Made of steel and aluminum, easy to handle, of full width equipped with safety
shoe. It moves forward 800 mm by means of one hydraulic
cylinder. It also has the following elements:
• Protective rubbers that do not leave marks on the
aircraft.
• Handrails manufactured on AISI316 stainless steel tubes
with sensors to read the approach to the aircraft, with
front fall barriers.
• Non-slip aluminum floor.
• LED type work lighting with automatic activation.
• “Safety shoe”: system with spiral wire safety shoe to be
placed under the aircraft door to prevent entrapment
between the door and the platform due to lowering of the
fuselage during service.
Lifting System: Full-width scissor lift which gives the vehicle
great stability in the raised position, manufactured in accordance with EN1915-2. Operated by
two single acting lift cylinders with safety valves. Passenger cabin height from approx. 1420mm
to 6000mm. System operated from driver’s cabin or passenger cabin.
Stabilization system: Equipped with 4 hydraulic stabilizers and safety valves which enables
the vehicle to work up to 100km/h winds at 6m height.
Rear platform: equipped with DHOLLANDIA Model DHVO 15
full-width rear boarding platform made of aluminum with
galvanized guides. Maximum capacity of 1000 kg. Equipped with:
• Foldable safety handrails with safety lock.
• 3 exclusive controls for platform control (one inside the
passenger cabin, one outside the platform and one on the
platform).
• 24VDC electric pump and manual pump for emergencies.
• Roll-stop
• Flashing lights with extended platform
• Automatically operated LED work lighting
Electrical: 24VDC control system from 12VDC/110Ah (minimum) vehicle batteries and 130A
reinforced alternator. Control of all body and front platform movements by CANBus system
(J1939) equipped with a control automaton in accordance with international standard AHM 921.
All external control boxes have IP66 protection. The electrical installation is completed with:
• Intercommunication system between passenger cab and driver’s cab (mandatory).
• Hour meter.
Hydraulic system: It consists of a gear pump driven by the
vehicle’s PTO, a 120-litre tank, and an electrohydraulic main
distributor. The maximum system pressure is 220 bar, while the
safety valves are set at 200 bar. The system is easy to use and
accessible for maintenance work.
The system is completed by a 24VDC emergency pump and a
manual pump that allows the vehicle to be rescued in any
situation, oil used Total HV 68
Distributor, pump or valve used Bosch Rexroth.
